A cyclone separator is a device used at the end of a pneumatic ice delivery system to separate ice and air, especially for situations where high-pressure air is not suitable for ice delivery, such as closed reactors.
When the mixture of ice and air is sent to the end through the pipeline, it is guided by the centrifugal force of the cyclone separator. The ice is separated on the inner wall of the separator and falls freely under the action of gravity, while the air is discharged through the upper exhaust port, thus achieving the purpose of ice wind separation.
Using materials such as stainless steel, PE, PP, etc., it will not cause secondary pollution to ice.
Small size, light weight, and easy installation.
